Who Are We?
MedSummit was built by doctors, for the next generation of doctors.
We are a doctor-founded and doctor-run medical education program dedicated to giving serious, motivated students the knowledge, skills and real-world exposure they need to succeed in medicine. Not textbooks and lectures alone — genuine access to practising specialists, hands-on clinical experience, and the kind of mentorship that only comes from people who have walked this path.
Our specialist doctors and current medical students work alongside every student across four intensive days — in small groups, in simulated clinical environments, and in honest conversations that can change the direction of a student’s future.

Students step inside the world of medicine. Hands-on clinical skills, medical simulation using advanced Laerdal resuscitation mannequins, X-ray and ultrasound interpretation, Virtual Reality Simulations, and medical case studies — all guided by practising specialists and current medical students in small groups.
Elevate
Every element of a competitive medical school application is covered in depth: UCAT strategy across all subtests, medical interview technique with mock interview questions and personalised feedback, ATAR maximisation, and application strategy. Students leave MedSummit measurably better prepared.

My name is Dr Adam Braithwaite. I am a General Practitioner who graduated from Monash University Medical School and have spent my career across emergency departments, rural communities, medical education and General Practice.
Medicine has given me an extraordinary life, and sharing that with the students who will carry this profession forward is what drove me to create this program.
