Meet Dr. Adam Braithwaite
MedSummit Convener
My name is Dr Adam Braithwaite, and I am a General
Practitioner who graduated from Monash University Medical School. I have spent my career working in
emergency departments, rural communities, medical education and General Practice. I'm passionate
about medicine as a career and enjoy sharing my enthusiasm with aspiring high school students.
This is what drove me to create MedSummit. MedSummit is not just a summer camp program; it's an
unparalleled experience tailored for those with a drive to study medicine. At MedSummit, we are
committed to offering top-tier mentoring, exceptional teaching, and invaluable guidance.
With MedSummit, you're not just attending a program — you're stepping into the 'World of Medicine'.
Our facilitators include accomplished medical students and expert doctors who are leaders in their
fields.
During the camp, we'll comprehensively cover every part of a successful medical school application —
